Gary will teach you 100 % without any assistant coach. Gary wants to make skaters to clear the purpose of why you are coming to work with Gary, and what you want to accomplished through sharing time together.  Gary's skating camp is not commercialized camp, group lessons, and mass productions package services.  Gary will have maximum of 3 skaters at the same time, and mostly 1 skater.  Not only Gary spend time with skaters on ice, he will spend time off ice activities to share all of his training method and conditioning including nutritions and his healthy life style.  We spend time with Gary including on ice and off ice about 3- 5 hours per day.  Skater can come by yourself without parents.  We will take care of you, support you to pick up stations or airport etc as well.

from Olympic champions, professional skaters, competitive skaters, adult skaters, beginner, people who wants to try skating!

1. Please clarify what you want Gary to work with, and why?  Clarify your road blocks and what you need Gary's help. 
2. Gary is not a coach and he won't take any students as primary coach.  He will only support you, and give his opinion to improve your skaters better based on his own skating, and seminar experience. 
3. Please prepare your budget time and money.  You want Gary to work in group or private etc... then we can organize schedule based on what Gary think to make the most of your visit here.

1. Ice Cost : You will pay Ice fee to Eissportszentrum directly.  Please check price here. 
2. Accommodations : Depend on where you stay and when you visit here.  You can check Booking.com or Stefanie Blattner. 
3. Lesson fee for Gary : Please see following price list. 

Rate on ice : 120 euro per 60 minute, and 100 euro per 50 minute for 1 skater.  Semi private and group are different price

Rate off ice : 80 euro per session

Budget we sugget to prepare:

2-3 days : 500-800 euro, 1 week : 1500 euro, 2 week : 2800 euro

Group Lesson Rate is higher than private lesson rate.  I will send you group lesson rate based on hours, number of skaters and other conditions.  Please contact us for detail. 

Budget you need to prepare for group:

1 day : 300 - 500 euro, 2-3 days : 800 -1000 euro, 1 week : 1500 - 2000 euro, 

2 week :  2500 - 4000 euro

*** This is only for teaching on and off ice charge.  You need to pay ice fee, transportations, and also accommodations depend on your choice. 

*** Administration fee will be charged based on how many hours of work we need to do organizing camp and visitations.  Fee is between 300 euro - 1000 euro.

1. Clarify what is your problem, and what you want to work on with Gary. 
2. Decide schedule and budget and contact to us. 
3. Get permission from your coach. ( Gary is not a coach, and he won't take any students.)
4. Gary's style is ① always encouraging no criticizing ② no emotional interactions ③ you can improve better and better no matter what your level is ④ respect independence of skater ⑤ always go back to basic blade movement
5. SORRY!  Gary has NO TIME for babysitting.  He is not a figure skating coach, so this camp is going to be more likely university lecture of theory class and lab for experimenting on ice.  You need to have clear objective for this camp participation.  You need to be ready to challenge and learn what Gary is trying to share information and his experience with you.  After participating this camp, you need to do remind yourself what Gary taught you and practice by yourself. 
6. If you cannot afford time and budget,  you can also learn yourself and share Gary's wisdom by watching videos and e-learning subscriptions.  Many skater attended this camp off course wants to return to Oberstdorf again, and they are happy to share excellent quality of Gary's skating.  Gary is not top olympic skaters' coaches, and he has no base ice arena to teach skating.  He doesn't go to tests and competitions with skaters.  Gary has completely different functions and professions from "coaches" who usually doesn't develop their own skating and performing skills continuously toward their excellence after retiring amateur and professional skater's carrier.   Gary limit teaching & seminar time and schedules so that he can develop his skating skills and quality himself.  This is why Gary will be able to teach skating all ages and all levels skaters.  He will find the best solutions for each skaters and find something good about each skaters as long as they like skating. 

Gary is going to be a part of Gliss Summer Camp in Tallinn Estonia this year. 

You can have 1 hour of Gary's group lesson during this camp.  He will teach mostly edges in this group lessons.  Also private lesson will be available with limited time slot.

Gary is going to be a part of Imatra Summer Camp in Imatra, Finland this year. 

You can have several hour of Gary's group lesson during this camp.  He will teach edges, jumps, spins, musicalities and most of figure skating fundamentals in this group lessons.  Also private lesson will be available with limited time slot.
